PRICING
Plan review is based on the estimated construction
value calculated in accordance with the Square Foot Construction
Cost in the Table as prescribed in the ICC Building Valuation Data
Sheet (gross area times Square foot Construction Costs).
Review fee is 0.0012 of the estimated value
($250.00 minimum) for buildings with an estimated construction value
up to $3,000,000.00.
Inspections for legal action which include a
written comprehensive report is based on square footage of area to
be inspected:
