I was employed by the City Of Bay St. Louis’s Building
Department from 1993 to 2006;
I
was the Floodplain Manager from 1995 to 2006.
In
1995 I was appointed as the Building Official and was put in charge
of all phases of construction and permitting including issuing
permits for all developments in the floodplain.

past 5 years including but not limited to all phases of residential
