Carrigee Consulting, LLC is approved by the State of Mississippi and holds a State Construction Management designation.

Management of a project includes organizing all resources, conducting visual inspections, and having one person to deal with that is representing you to ensure your project is completed to the quality you expect and within the scope, cost and scheduled time period allowed. Good management can greatly reduce the costly change orders in a job by reviewing the plans prior to bid and by attending job site meetings to answer questions on paper before costly problems arise on the job.

At the end of the job, we coordinate lien releases prior to issuance of final checks, help settle any disputes that may arise concerning change orders and we make the transfer of services from the contractor to the owner as smooth as possible.
